OSRAM Opto Semiconductors Wins Innovation Award at LIGHTFAIR 2011

LIGHTFAIR 2011: The 2011 Architectural SSL Product Innovation Award winners have been announced and OSRAM Opto Semiconductors is taking home two awards.

The Architectural SSL Product Innovation Awards honor the top advancements in solid state lighting and LED lighting. Architectural SSL Magazine heads up the Awards and this year, the magazine has chosen OSRAM Opto Semiconductors as a leader in LED lighting technology.

OSRAM Opto Semiconductors won the Platinum Award for Industry Participation.

OSRAM Opto Semiconductors won the Silver Award for Components/ Arrays for the OSLON SSL.

OSRAM SYLVANIA is taking home two awards. The Platinum for Best New OLED Source for the OSRAM ORBEOS and the LEDStixx took Platinum for Specialty Lighting.

OSRAM Opto Semiconductors’ sister company, Traxon, was another winner at the Product Innovative Awards taking home two awards: a Silver for the Traxon Shield AC XB in Architectural/Floodlights and a Platinum for the Traxon David H. Koch Theater for Best Application of White SSL.
